IT компания търси за свой проекти Java девелопъри, готови да работят в екип с главно задължение разчитане на UML диаграми и изготвянето на Swing-based interfaces. Работата е дългосрочна, като се плаща заплата със стартов размер 1300 лева нето,а осигуровки се плащат на базата на реалната ви заплата. Имате огромно поле за развитие, като длъжността ви ще е динамична и ще се вписва в рамките на длъжностната характеристика. Имате 3 месеца изпитателен срок, под надзор на Head Developer. След това бариерите падат и при доказване на способностите може да работите и от вкъщи, ако желаете. Гореупоменатата заплата е указана при нормална производителност на труда. Има бонуси за чисто написан код, както и за предсрочно изпълнение.
Necessary Technical Qualifications:
>> At least 3y of professional experience in Java client programming.
>> At least 1y experience with thread programming.
>> Fast understanding of written code.
>> General understanding of Java language in various parts.
>> Very good knowledge of Swing.
>> Good knowledge of XML, DOM, JDBC.
>> Experience with Apache OJB is a big advantage.
>> Experience in code optimization is a big advantage.
>> Linux as working environment or a wish to know it.
>> Experience on Linux programming is a very big advantage.
Current project’s description
The project is a desktop tool for business designers. The GUI is on Swing. Background is made with Apache OJB using QED memory database. The project is used from friendly customers in version 5, now support this version and develop version 6. The job include implementation of new features, optimization of the written code and migrating old features to the new architecture. The architecture itself is defined.
Necessary Personal Qualifications:
>> Self motivation – should never wait for job specifications but request such.
>> Self-made man – a private company experience is a big advantage.
>> Long distance runner – the projects are very long and least 2y work should be the target.
>> Responsible for the quality of his/her applications – the quality of the software that he/she develops will influence the salary.
>> Direct in conversations – no fear of telling the things with their real names.
>> Not “Big company” person – no ideas about big bureaucracy and clear working process with completely separated job descriptions.
>> Men of solutions – when any problem occur should come to the colleagues with 2-3 solutions of it, which should be discussed.
>> Fast thinking and summarization of information – solutions should come in conversations not after two days.
